COVID-19 Safety Practices

Safety and sanitation is our focus for your health and to prevent infections. As a result, we’re not able to allow extra people in the spa right now to allow for social distancing. We take temperatures and ask guests to sanitize their hands upon entry. And we have implemented a “no mask, no service” policy. Please be sure to bring your mask!

At our La Wellness Spa we sanitize our work areas before each service, wipe down and disinfect items touched by guests, wash our hands frequently, and wear a mask.

General Frequently Asked Questions

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. An appointment is not cancelled until you receive verification from La Wellness Spa by talking to us on the phone, receiving a text and/or email from La Wellness Spa.

If you’re late to your appointment, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price of the service. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require you to rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. Should our schedule allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment or provide the service later in the day.

We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, when you do not cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much needed treatment. Conversely, another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you. If you do not show up for an appointment and did not cancel the appointment, you will be charged the cost of the service scheduled.

We request that you silent all cell phones before entering the spa. Should you need to talk on the phone, please step outside. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.

Due to COVID-19 and your safety, we are unable to allow additional people into the spa to allow for social distancing. In addition, to provide a quiet, calm and tranquil environment, we ask you come alone.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds. Please talk with management if you are unsatisfied with any service received, so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

In order to maintain a tranquil and stress-reduced experience, please silence cell phones. When in the spa, please be mindful of others and keep your voice on a low volume.

Laser and  Liquid Lipo Questions

Laser liposuction is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a laser to melt away fat under the skin. It's also called laser lipolysis.

The pool of ideal candidates for laser lipo is a little bit smaller than for traditional lipo because the procedure isn't perfect for extensive weight loss. It might be right for you if you're:
   •   Only about 25 pounds over your ideal weight
   •   More concerned with "problem areas" than total-body weight loss
   •   In good health with good skin elasticity  

Liquid Lipo is a revolutionary UK produced, FDA approved fat dissolve gel, it is the only one of it’s kind in the whole. It is a topical agent that works in a similar manner to fat dissolve injections, but unlike its more invasive counter part Liquid Lipo has less potential for harmful side effects and works over a large area, it is cost effective and has less recovery time.

Liquid lipo is applied to the skin either on its own using a wrap, or prior to treatments such as cavitation. It then enters the skin and works on fat cells, reducing their size and allowing the fat within to be naturally broke down by the body into water and Carbon-Dioxide. These byproducts are then safely excreted via the breathing, the bowel and urine, also via the skin during perspiration. It is important to drink 2 liters of water following treatment to flush out the fat.

Medical Skin Tightening Questions

Technology has come a long way with the advancement of non-surgical body sculpting and medical skin tightening that includes fat cavitation, laser liposuction, and radio frequency. Now you can now have the body sculpting results without the excessive cost or the extensive downtime.

This is a non-surgical fast-acting treatment that will shape your body to its best contour shape possible. This is achieved by using ultrasound and laser technology.

Radio Frequency is used to stimulate collagen and elastin fibers deep in the dermis to lift and firm the skin. Will this treatment cause discomfort? No, there is minimal pain with this procedure.

You can schedule one 30-minute session for one treatment area or two 30-minute sessions (1 hour) for two treatment areas. It can be any combination of fat cavitation, laser lipo, or medical skin tightening.

To maximize your results, drink plenty of water before and after treatment. Ideally, 4-6 bottles of water daily are recommended.

Your next fat cavitation or laser lipo treatment can be safely performed after 3 days. Wait 2 days before your following skin tightening treatment.

Most fat cavitation and laser lipo clients will see improvements within 3 days. Skin tightening results will be visible within two weeks.

You will get long lasting results from cavitation and laser lipo if you don’t gain an excessive amount of weight. You also want to avoid a diet of excessive sugar and high carbohydrates. Skin tightening results can also be long lasting with routine facials and the use of good skin care products. This promotes the overall health of your skin and its condition.

You can get 8-10 treatments to see the full results of the procedure after that regular maintenance of twice a month to keep long-lasting results.

After 1 session you can lose 1-5 inches per area, you will then continue to see further results with multiple treatments.
